Convent of the Saint Peter
Convent of the Saint Peter in Olsztynek was founded in the year of 2000 by people connected by passion to history reenactment ofMiddle Ages. The brotherhood is recreating the everyday life of Central Europe in the period 1380—1425. The members of the brotherhood are looking at reenactment very seriously: all details of clothing, armor, weapons or accessories are based on paintings remained from the medieval period, archaeological researches or written primary sources.
Fleurdelis
"Fleurdelis" was born from loving music from old times, and call to give it some new character. We were raised surrounded by Medieval and folk music, and took part in many projects – from early dancing to historical reconstruction.We play on early and present acoustic instruments.We perform at places, which are full of spirits from past ages, such as churches, castles and old town squares. We remind people melodies which acompanied those places in their brightest times. In our repertoire you will find instrumental music of Medieval and Renaissance times, which has origin in Poland and many other European countries, as well as musical interpretations of Polish Medieval poetry.
Artistic Group SIGNUM
Our group is known for preparing and presenting “fireshows” (also called “the dance with fire”). Fireshow in principle is the connection of raw elements like music. dance, fire and theater. Our fantastic, breathtaking spectacles are perfect for livening up any medieval-style party and more.
